Estate agent Sterling Estates fined for illegal display board on Common Lane, Kings Langley by Dacorum City Council
An estate agent has been prosecuted for the illegal display of one of its boards on a telegraph pole Sterling Estates , which has offices in Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted and Tring, was handed an £800 fine and ordered to pay Dacorum Borough Council .[ DBC] “Dacorum Borough Council will not allow companies or individuals to colonise, the borough’s public spaces for private gain. We have successfully secured a conviction, against Sterling estate agents (offices in Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted and Tring) for the illegal display, of an estate agent's board. The defendant pleaded guilty at St Albans Magistrates' Court on Tuesday 2nd February, to the placing of an unlawful board, on a telegraph pole at Common Lane, Kings Langley.
