In an effort to offload her sprawling Aspen estate, Melanie Griffith has reduced the asking price by one million dollars. The 58-year-old actress originally listed the property, which has been on the market since June, for $9.9 million but is now asking for $8.9 million. Griffith has also helped to market the property and is seen in a new promotional video by realtors Bowden Properties showcasing the stunning mountain getaway. Agreeing to appear in the marketing video is an unusual move for a celebrity and has already garnered plenty of interest, hopefully aiding to sell the house which is described as a steal at $1,000 per square foot.
