easyproperty.com CEO Rob Ellice says 42 % of the UK ,will soon be using Online Estate Agents and that , the pace of growth ,change in the publics attitude, was astonishing,from recent research, carried out by his firm. He was recently interviewed on BBC Radio 2, when asked if easyproperty had , come to the party a little late, referring to Sarah Benny's  Tepilo .Not at all replied Mr Ellis and that there was room, within the industry, for at least a few more, national online estate agencies.He went on, further to say, the business has 100 % local knowledge .Online lettings and the commercial arm of the business, was working well. Mr Ellice ,recently commented, that easyproperty is exploring overseas opportunities, as far afield as Australia ,Europe and the US.
