A BEDROOM with a toilet being marketed on rightmove.co.uk almost £500 has raised concerns London’s notorious property market is making a mark on south Essex. The bedroom, at a property in Nobles Green Road, Eastwood, is being marketed by High Street Estate Agent Westcliff estate agents Ocean Residential as a “very spacious room with private en suite bathroom” for £495 per calendar month inclusive of bills. The “en suite bathroom”, however, appears to consist of a toilet, shower, and sink separated from the double bed only by a couple of feet and a curtain. The room allows tenants use of the lounge, kitchen, and garden of the house.
