The Conveyancing Association is set to , "voluntary" launch, training courses for estate agents, streamlining the house buying completion process .  The course is of a modular format in three parts , tailored to give better understanding in the workings of the conveyancing chain and helping in better coordination, thus reducing non completions ,resulting in  faster  exchange ,according to a statement from the association.  While many will welcome this initiative,which if successfully implemented, may become compulsory legislation.
