In the film, the woman is seen visiting nearby boutique vintage clothes shops, ,restaurants and the Westfield shopping centre - which the video empathises is just a 12-minute train ride away.

She is also seen having a haircut at a high-end salon as the developers show off the amenities they say are on the doorstep of the luxury flats in Beechwood Road.
Social media reaction to the video was vitriolic with many users, claiming it is not representative of the area.

Please by all means use surveyors and architects to build and design great buildings to live in , but it's another thing to try socially re design / re engineer the fabric of British society,exactly what makes it so vibrant, in the London and all over the UK Now.
