So it comes as no surprise that Harry Styles is thought to be about to purchase a brand new pad for himself in one of the hottest new developments in London.
According to the Daily Star, the One Direction singer is said to have bought himself an apartment at the newly-renovated Battersea Power Station, worth £20m.

It's also thought that the former X Factor star has requested his not-so-humble abode be designed to a flawless standard, with glass ceilings and walls for a perfect view of the capital's skyline.
The glistening new living space will also include Battersea Roof Gardens, a residents' lounge and a gym, just for those who fill the enviable apartments.

It'll be a step up for Harry, who already owns a plush pad in London's Hampstead - reportedly worth over £3million.
He'll have plenty of time to spare at his new digs as One Direction are currently on an extended hiatus after working tirelessly for five years.

Harry - who is rumoured to be on the rocks with girlfriend Kendall Jenner due to his alleged tryst with stylist Pandora Lennard - will be in good company, too, as pop icon Sting is also believed to have purchased one of the power station's luxury apartments.
And TV star and adventurer Bear Grylls [BR] has also spoken openly about his choice to buy one of the gorgeous flats for himself and his family.

'As a family we didn't just want a run-of-the-mill townhouse or riverside development.
'We were attracted to Battersea Power Station because it was a chance to own a bit of history that we could pass on down through the family.'
He went on: 'We have moored our houseboat barge in Battersea for many years - and are proud to keep that still - but to be able to buy within this landmark building and own that small slice of London history felt like a very special opportunity. It will make a very unique home.'

The crowning jewel of the Roof Gardens development is the roof garden itself, which will be one of the largest in London with views over Battersea Power Station, the river and the cityscape.
The garden will stretch over 255 metres and will include a fitness deck, lookout points, a woodland walk, lounges and a summer kitchen with a communal ‘farm table’ and picnic lawn.
The power station's homes sit above The Electric Boulevard, which will form a brand new shopping hub with a myriad of shops, cafes and restaurants across a split-level design.
Designed by Foster + Partners, the homes are styled in a subtle 1930s theme and luxury touches include a three-storey entrance lobby, an on-site concierge and a gym.
Meanwhile, Harry is set to be keen to forge an acting career while taking a break from his One Direction duties.
A representative for Harry declined to comment.
