Publicly Quoted Company ], the Company announces that Richard Adam, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Countrywide plc, has today been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Countryside Properties plc ('Countryside'), a leading UK home builder and urban regeneration partner.
